Eating Well

Everyone has some desire to eat better to achieve better health. 

It is recommended that you discuss diet changes with your medical professionals.

Dieticians

If you struggle with eating properly, it is highly recommended that you discuss this with your oncologist or family doctor.  They are there to support you and will be able to refer you to a dietician if you are open to this type of counselling.  Many people find that having to check in with someone helps them to be more conscious of their food choices and keeps them on track.
